Understanding yourself through understanding “The Other.” Empathy workshops (PL)

Discrimination can take many forms and can occur anywhere. When our words or actions lead to people being treated unequally to depriving others of equal opportunities, that’s when we are dealing with discrimination. Reflecting on self-identification with various groups, self-perception, and overcoming prejudices and stereotypes are activities that allow us to build respect for diversity and openness to other people. The workshop answers the question of how to develop such attitudes and how to strengthen our empathy and the ability to adopt the “other’s perspective.”
